These terms apply to your use of this website and any order you place with LAVAN (“we”). By placing an order or reservation, you agree to them.

Pre-orders

LAVAN products are currently sold as pre-orders. When you pre-order, you pay today and we ship when the founding batch is ready. The expected ship date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships — see Refunds & cancellations. If we can’t ship by the stated date, we’ll tell you before it passes and offer you a full refund.

Free reservations

A reservation is not a purchase. It lets us hold founding pricing for you and email you when products are ready. You’re under no obligation to buy.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and include the founding-member discount shown. Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Founding batch quantities are limited; if we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll refund it in full. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will refund any affected order you don’t wish to keep.

Product information

We work to describe our products accurately. Flavor, ingredients and nutrition details may be finalized before the first batch ships; the label on your product is the final word. LAVAN is a food product, not a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or follow a sodium-restricted diet, check with your doctor before use. Please read the ingredient list for allergens.

Shipping and risk of loss

See our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are limited to their stated terms, can’t be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.

Use of this site

All content on this site, including the LAVAN name, logo, packaging, characters and images, belongs to us. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission, or use the site in any unlawful way.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
